Not every optimisation is equal. A bid nudge and a new campaign are different decisions. F*IT treats them differently.
Before any optimisation executes, F*IT calculates the projected monthly spend impact. If a change would shift your spend by more than $1,000/month, it is held as a proposal in your dashboard. You approve or decline. This applies to every change, regardless of category. The gate overrides everything else.

Dominance subscribers can raise the autonomous dollar-impact cap in account settings. The Pro tier uses the $1,000/month default. The minimum cap on any tier is $100/month.
The principle is simple: the account is yours. F*IT operates it on your behalf via OAuth. You can disconnect at any time and take your account with you, intact.
Campaigns you created in your own Google Ads dashboard before connecting to F*IT are visible for reporting purposes but are not touched. F*IT only optimises campaigns it created through the proposal process.
F*IT posts conversion events directly to Google Ads when a quote is accepted, a booking is created, or an invoice is paid. Your campaigns see real outcomes, not just website visits.
Events tracked automatically: Quote accepted · Booking created · Invoice paid. Attribution is matched by the gclid captured when the customer clicked your ad. Server-side upload, no JavaScript pixel required.
F*IT accesses your Google Ads account data under the OAuth scope you explicitly authorise. This data is used solely to operate the Google Ads Manager feature for your account. It is not shared with other tenants, used for cross-account analysis, or used for advertising purposes beyond managing your own campaigns.

You can disconnect F*IT's access to your Google Ads account at any time from your F*IT account settings or directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
